Last updated: 3 July 2026
Terms of use
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Neximo website and its free online property valuation service. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
By ticking the acceptance box on the valuation form, or by otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Neximo is an online-only property technology service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME REQUIRED], registration number [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER REQUIRED], with registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS REQUIRED]. Neximo operates exclusively online and does not maintain customer-facing physical offices. You can contact us at contact@neximo.estate.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Neximo", "we" or "us" means the service provider identified above and the website available at neximo.estate;
- "User" or "you" means any person who visits the website or requests a valuation;
- "Property information" means the details about a property that you submit through the valuation form, including, where supported, images or documents;
- "Valuation" means the automated, AI-assisted estimate of a property's value generated by the service;
- "Partner" means a third-party property professional, such as a licensed estate agent (AMI) or valuation partner, that may receive your request as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
By using the service you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are legally entitled to submit the property information you provide, as the owner of the property or with the owner's authority;
- The information you provide is accurate, complete and lawfully obtained.
4. The free valuation service
Neximo provides property owners with a free, online, estimated valuation of their property at no cost. The estimate is generated automatically using:
- The property information you supply;
- Property and market information available from online and public sources;
- Computational processing, statistical analysis and artificial intelligence.
5. Valuation limitations - no guarantee
The valuation is an automated estimate provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a certified appraisal, professional survey, estate-agent opinion, financial or investment advice, mortgage valuation or a guarantee of the price at which a property can be sold. In particular:
- The data used may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or unavailable;
- Market conditions can change at any time;
- Automated models cannot account for every characteristic of a property;
- No physical inspection of the property is necessarily performed;
- Neximo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any valuation, nor the marketability of a property or any particular sale price;
- You should obtain an independent professional valuation before making material financial, legal or property decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in good faith. You must not:
- Make fraudulent or deliberately false submissions;
- Submit another person's personal data or property information without their authority;
- Scrape the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
- Reuse the service or its results commercially without our prior written permission.
7. Sharing your details with partners
To provide the valuation and the follow-up you request, Neximo may share your contact details and the property information you submit with selected partners, such as licensed estate agents (AMI) and valuation or service partners, who may contact you about your request by email or telephone. This sharing takes place only when you accept these Terms and Conditions in order to obtain your free valuation. By accepting them, you authorise this sharing and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, waive any legal claims against Neximo arising from the sharing of that information with those partners. This waiver does not extend to rights that cannot lawfully be waived: you fully retain all your rights under the GDPR - including the right to request the deletion of your data at any time - as well as any mandatory consumer rights, and it does not cover fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Details of what is shared, with whom and why are set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The website, its content, software and valuation models belong to Neximo or its licensors. You may use the valuation you receive for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Third-party websites and data
The service relies on data from public and third-party sources and may contain links to third-party websites. Neximo does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party websites, datasets or services.
10. Availability of the service
The service is provided free of charge. Neximo may suspend, modify or withdraw all or part of the free service at any time. Where reasonably possible, material changes will be announced on the website.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- You acknowledge the limitations of automated valuations described above, and Neximo is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on an estimate;
- Neximo is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or unmet expectations arising from use of the free service;
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any consumer or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the law of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Complaints can be sent to contact@neximo.estate. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution entities or supervisory authorities competent in their country.
13. Changes to these Terms
Neximo may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page. Changes apply from the moment they are published and do not affect rights already accrued.
